Reunion 2016 Results!
The Office of Annual Giving would like to thank the reunion attendees, volunteers and participants for their hard work in making Reunion 2016 a success. The reunioning Spelman alumnae classes ending in one and six made a significant impact through their philanthropic contributions. Overall, Reunion 2016 alumnae contributed $916,613 in outright gifts and pledges, with 38 percent alumnae participation.
During Blue Note, our Philanthropy Award winners were:
Class of 1966 earned the Four-Year Cumulative Class Gift award with $1,238,950.
Class of 1966 also captured the Every Woman...Every Year! Class Participation with 66 percent of their class making gifts.
Class of 1996 secured the Reunion 2016 Class Gift award by raising $153,218 from their classmates this fiscal year.
Class of 2006 took the top spot for Most Significant Class Pledge by committing to give $101,777 to Spelman to be paid before their next reunion.
